About
I care deeply about nutrition, mineral balance, skin health, collagen, vitamin D, hormones — not because I am afraid of aging, but because I want to age powerfully. There is a difference. I also care about movement and good food, these are my passions.
Spain gave me something I didn’t know I needed. Sun on the skin in February. Dinner outside in October. Light that softens the face. Air that opens the chest. In northern countries, we survive winter. Here, we live, laugh and feel empowered and free all year long.
My Story
Guapa Girl Era did not start as a business idea. It started as a feeling. A feeling I had after moving countries, rebuilding, becoming a mother, losing parts of myself, finding new ones, and standing under the Spanish sun thinking: There must be a way to live beautifully — without pretending. I am Latvian by roots. I grew up between cultures. I speak Latvian, Russian, and English fluently. My life has taken me through the United States, London, Malta — and finally Spain. Each place shaped me. The US taught me courage and openness. London taught me elegance and discipline. Malta slowed me down and reminded me to breathe. Spain gave me light. And light… changes a woman.
The Guapa Lifestyle
I am very intentional about what I bring into my life — from movement routines to beauty, to the people I engage with every day. Guapa Girl Era is built from the understanding that after 40, we do not fade; we refine, we re-shape ourselves internally and externally. Join us to rediscover your strength, worth, confidence, beauty, glow, shape and radiance under the Spanish sun!
Our Vision
"This lifestyle shifts posture. It shifts confidence. It shifts energy. And when your energy shifts, your whole presence changes."
- Ieva Pavilone, Founder, Guapa Girl Era
I am fascinated by modern beauty. Not artificial beauty. Not frozen faces. But intelligent treatments. Skin regeneration. Subtle glow. Small details that elevate a woman without erasing her. Luxury, to me, is knowledge. It is discretion. It is knowing what works — and what is unnecessary. That is what I curate.
I am a mother. I have packed my life into suitcases more than once. I have rebuilt from zero more than once. Reinvention is not a motivational quote for me. It is something I have lived in my bones. There were moments when I felt powerful. There were moments when I felt invisible. And somewhere in between, I understood something: After 40, we do not fade. We refine. Guapa Girl Era is built from that understanding.
Guapa Girl Era is not about escaping your life. It is about remembering yourself inside it. Small groups. Conversations that matter. Movement. Glow rituals. Sea air. Laughter. Strong women who understand one another without too many explanations. This is not Marbella noise. This is grown-woman energy. I created Guapa Girl Era because I needed a space where ambition and softness can exist together, where strength and glow belong in the same sentence, and where reinvention feels natural, not dramatic. If you are here reading this, you are already in the doorway of your next era.
